Après une année passée à jouer ensemble au sein du coverband de Led Zeppelin, ZO$O, les quatre musiciens, Gregg ( Batterie) Lionel ( Guitare) Seb (basse) et Steff ( chant) partageant la même passion pour le rock qui se situe entre 1965 et 1980, se sont tout naturellement lancés dans la composition avec comme résultat la création de SILVER DIRT. Après trois mois de travail acharné, entre novembre 2004 et janvier 2005, huit titres ont été composés dont les quatre présents sur cette démo. Etant donné le nombre de concerts joués ensemble, leur complicité scénique est indéniable et fait de leurs prestations de grands moments de rock' n' roll et de feeling. Citant comme influences Iggy Pop, les Ramones, The Rolling Stones, Ac/Dc et Led Zeppelin, le rock de SILVER DIRT est un excellent compromis entre puissance et mélodies. Leurs buts principaux sont de donner le plus de concerts possibles, mais aussi trouver le soutien d'une maison de disque afin de toucher un plus large public, et par la même occasion donner encore plus de concerts!!
Silver Steff - Vocal
Steff a commencé à hurler dès… sa naissance ! Ses parents écoutaient ELVIS, LES STONES, LES BEATLES etc…Donc ce qui devait arriver, arriva, il forma son premier groupe à 16 ans, et fit son premier concert 4 mois plus tard. Depuis, il a fait une centaine de concerts, enregistrés 3 CD’S avec le groupe RATED X, et fait la première partie de PRETTY MAIDS, DEEP PURPLE et IRON MAIDEN. La scène est son territoire, et il compte bien en abuser avec ZO$O, dont il rejoins les rangs en 2004, même année que la création de SILVER DIRT avec ses potes de ZO$O.
Dirty Lyo - Guitare
Né le 30 mai 1976 à Grenoble, il commence la guitare à 8 ans. Autodidacte, il tente de repiquer les plans de ses groupes favoris. Il débarque à Genève en 1997 pour se perfectionner. Pour ce faire, il entre à l’ETM, où il rencontre Greg. Grâce à cette école, il partira jouer jusqu’au Maroc ! Il accompagne Bernie Constantin de temps à autres ; la scène est son point fort. En 2004, SILVER DIRT prends forme avec les trois autres ex-ZO$O, Steff, Greg et Seb.
Silver Gregg - Batterie
Fan des WHO, il commence la batterie à 17 ans en autodidacte, puis il entre à l’ETM en 1998. À 26 ans, il a déjà joué dans plusieurs groupes allant du heavy, avec KILLING, au pop-rock, avec les CRASY JOCKERS, sans oublier STAIN, WILD BIRD, SPEEDWAY et HATTRICK, qui lui permettront de perfectionner son jeu. En 2000 il fait naître ZO$O avec lionel. Depuis 2004, il se consacre uniquement à SILVER DIRT.
Dirty Seb : Bass
Né en 1977 à Genève, il joue de la basse depuis plus de dix ans. Formé au rock à l’ETM et à l’AMR, il complète ses connaissances avec le DK Band, une formation de jazz et au sein de MUMVA un groupe de rock progressif. En 2001, il rejoint le groupe EX-NOVA, avec qui il acquiert une bonne expérience scénique. En 2002, il remplace Daniel LANG et entre au sein de ZO$O. En 2004 avec les autres ex-Zoso, l'aventure SILVER DIRT commence.

Attention, les mauvais garçons du rock genevois ont repris du service. Pieds dans la boue et tignasses secouées frénétiquement, leur premier disque ressemble à du vieux Stooges, guitare ouverte et paillettes rock glam. Le propos est simple et efficace : Converses défraîchies montées sur un jeans stretch et perfecto. On se croirait au Rock’n’Roll High School des Ramones. Boul’kesse record 1979.

Sleaze Rock
After a year of playing together in the Led Zeppelin coverband named Zoso, the four musicians, Gregg ( Drums) Lionel (Guitar) Seb ( Bass ) and Steff (Vocal) who are sharing the same passion for the rock music era from 1965 to 1980, have naturally started to compose their own songs. Resulting in the creation of SILVER DIRT. After three months of hard work, between November 2004 and January 2005, eight songs were composed and four recorded for this demo. Since the amount of shows they did together, their stage complicity is unquestionable and then their shows are always a great moment of rock' n' roll and feeling. They say to be influenced by the likes of Iggy Pop, The Ramones, Ac/Dc, The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin. SILVER DIRT' s rock music is an excellent compromise between power and melody. Their main goals are to do as many concerts as possible and to find a record deal to reach a wider audience so they can play even more!
Silver Steff - Vocal
Steff started to howl as of... its birth! His/her parents listened to ELVIS, the STONES, BEATLES etc... Donc what was to arrive, arrived, the weather formed its first group at 16 years, and was its first concert later 4 months. Since, it made a hundred concerts, recorded 3 CD' S with group RATED X, and makes the first part of PRETTY MAIDS, DEEP PURPLE and IRON MAIDEN. The scene is its territory, and it hopes well to misuse it with zo$o, of which it join the rows in 2004, even year that the creation of SILVER DIRT with its pals of ZO$O.
Dirty Lyo - Guitar
Born on May 30, 1976 in Grenoble, it begins the guitar at 8 years. Autodidact, it tries to mend the plans of his favorite groups. He unloads in Geneva in 1997 to improve. In 2004 with the others ex-Zoso, adventure SILVER DIRT starts.

Attention, the bad lots of the Genevese rock'n'roll took again service. Feet in mud and frantically shaken mops of hair, their first disc resembles to old man Stooges, open guitar and spangles rock'n'roll glam.
