Le nouvel album de Carita Holl « my life » c’est des belles mélodies efficaces teintées de pop et de couleurs jazzy. Carita a écrit toutes les paroles sur cet album et elle continue d’écrire pour d’autres artistes.
Carita Holl est née de parents finlandais et elle passe son enfance et son adolescence entre la Finlande, l’Afrique et la Suisse. Sa mère passionnée par le chant et la musique la familiarise dès son plus jeune âge aux sonorités jazz. Dès sa jeunesse ses influences musicales sont multiples allant du jazz au pop/rock en passant par le smooth jazz et le reggae.
A l’âge de 18 ans, Carita travail comme mannequin pendant trois ans, mais décide de quitter le monde de la mode, afin de se consacrer entièrement à la musique. Elle étudie le chant pendant quatre ans et commence à se produire dans différents clubs et sur différentes scènes européennes ainsi que dans l’événementiel principalement en tant que chanteuse de jazz.
En 2006, c’est la rencontre décisive avec Patrick Vuillaume, le directeur de Ghost L.A. Carita décide de changer d’orientation musicale et se tourne vers le pop.
Deux ans plus tard, en 2008, c’est la sortie du single « my butterfly » suivi de l’album « my life » signé sous le label Ghost L.A.

Carita Holl’s new album « my life » contains fine, strong pop and jazzy melodies.
Carita has written all the lyrics on this album and she continues writing lyrics for other artists.
Born to Finnish parents, Carita Holl spends her childhood and adolescence between Finland, Africa and Switzerland. She gets familiar with jazzy sounds from her very early age, thanks to her mother, who was passionate about singing and music. Since her pre-teen days her musical influences have been anything from jazz, smooth jazz, pop/rock to reggae.
At the age of 18, Carita works as a fashion model for three years, but decides to leave the fashion world in order to invest herself completely in music. She studies singing for four years and starts performing mainly as a jazz singer in several European clubs as well as in private parties.
In 2006, Carita meets Patrick Vuillaume, the director of Ghost L.A. At that point she decides to change her musical direction from jazz to pop.
Two years later, in 2008, she releases the single « my butterfly » followed by the album « my life » signed under the Ghost L.A. label.
